Quick answers to the things you are wondering about before you place an order.

How far in advance should I order for an event?

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice for most orders. For large events like weddings or corporate catering, a week ahead gives us time to plan and prepare everything to a high standard.

Do you deliver across Sydney?

Yes. We deliver throughout the Sydney metro area. You can also pick up your order directly from our home bakery in Colebee, NSW, by appointment.

How do you keep fresh cream donuts from getting ruined in transit?

Each donut is carefully packed in a custom box designed for stability. Towers and larger orders are assembled on-site at your venue. Your donuts arrive exactly as you expect.

Can I mix different donut types in one order?

Absolutely. A single order can include fresh cream donuts, stuffed donuts, ring donuts, and mini eclairs. Just let us know your combination when you get in touch.

Should I keep the donuts in the fridge after pickup?

We recommend enjoying them on the same day for the best texture. If you need to store them, place the box in the fridge and bring them back to room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.

What is the minimum order size for a donut tower?

Our donut towers start at 60 pieces and scale up depending on your event size. They work well for weddings, corporate functions, and milestone celebrations.
